Task 6



 Task 6 was to research ways of staying health.

I decided to investigate Zumba, It's fun and effective workout system. Normally they offer classes and instructors. Everyone can join with different age and shape.

 Kath is my zumba instructor, I interview her about how it works. She allowed me  to record her although she was a bit exhausted. My conversation with her went well i guess it was quite natural.Here is things we talked about!!

My Feelings
Task 6 was to research food or health topic. It was the easiest one that I had done out of other tasks which i had completed . I talked to my zumba instructor Kath about the benefits of doing this exercise I found that it’s fun and motivating exercise. Also if you are not feeling happy inside then zumba is the right choice because doing it can make you feel happy and relaxed.

Actually as I’m a member of a Zumba class I didn’t really know how important zumba is in my fitness. I’m sports person so i train regularly and I also love to stay in shape. So I decided to search more about this read several articles as well. My zumba class started with a small group of people then grew to significant number. Doing zumba is extraordinary because somehow you never feel bored or because every minutes they play different music which make everyone stay energetic and feel happy. It’s also a fun way of socializing and learning new moves, music and making friends.

Doing this task was very useful because I play different sports and always want to keep fit so my instructor’s advice was helpful .I even interviewed her about the right food that our body needs because if you play sports then you need the right nutrition to stay in fit .Moreover she gave me some useful tips about eating healthy food. Now I have started eating nutritional foods because I learned the importance of eating this and how it can impact on our health. I hope it will work for me.

Overall, zumba has become popular recently because it has different music to play, hip hop and salsa and it’s fun way of losing weight .So if you want to make yourself look good l would encourage you to join a zumba class .The best aspect of zumba is your whole body is moving , it’s not something that some part of your body exercising . It’s an effective way of losing way but it’s also not like other sports where you need to pay a lot. It’s very cheap.


My group discussion , as I was the group leader we only had few munits everyone to give their thoughts and I was looking the time to  make  sure  we don't speak too much so ,I see my self looking around too much which I really found  annoying. I talked equally as my group also there was some question which asked them. I 'll probably say  everyone in my group did their  best they could.This discussion was really awesome It was much better than the last one I did , we were responding each other and trying to make sure that everyone  had a chance to speak. I found very interesting listening to other people's research.
